Standard terms, plainly stated.

By using OpenData Tools, you agree to use it for lawful business purposes, not abuse the platform, and respect Cloudflare's underlying terms.

Subscription & cancellation

Monthly or annual billing. Cancel any time; refunds prorated for unused full months on annual contracts.

Service-level commitments

99.9% monthly uptime SLA on Professional and Enterprise tiers. Free and Essentials are best-effort. Status: opendata-tools.statuspage.io.

Acceptable use

No abuse, no scraping the platform, no using the chatbot to extract our system prompt, no using Forge or connected factories to generate or operate software that violates provider policies or applicable law.

Liability

Capped at fees paid in the trailing 12 months. We're a small team building careful infrastructure; we'll never agree to unlimited liability, and we recommend you don't either.

Changes

We'll email you 30 days before any material change. The current version is always at this URL.
