Adoption paths

Start where your team is. Become AI-first safely.

Some teams are just beginning. Some already have tools, scripts, and vendor AI showing up in the business. Some need a practitioner sitting on the team. Same destination: AI workflows that are owned, supported, and change-managed.

Our adoption philosophy

The biggest cost of AI platforms isn't the license. It's the time it eats before it earns.

Typical platform
Day 1install begins
Month 6data loaded
Month 9team trained
OpenData
Day 1installed
Week 1factory live
Week 6tuned
Day 90QBR · audited ROI

Whether you self-serve or sign a year-long engagement, OpenData is managing real workflows by the end of week one. AI-native in 90 days, defensible from day one.

Day 1 · 5-minute install

Five minutes to a connected operating layer.

The wizard runs in five minutes and populates a demo workspace tuned to your industry: workflows, owners, policies, support paths, and a starter Factory. Connect live sources when you're ready.

A note on what this does to teams

We sell capacity, not headcount cuts.

Every customer asks the same first question: "Will this let me do more with less?" The honest answer is yes, but the part we care about is what you do with the freed capacity. A senior operator or engineer is worth a lot when they're solving a real problem. They're worth almost nothing when they're chasing ownership, support paths, and status. OpenData handles the second list. You get the first list back.

Common questions

The things buyers always ask.

How long until we see real ROI?

Self-Serve: usually within 2 weeks. Guided: by week 6. Embedded: ongoing reporting from month 2.

What if our tools aren't on the list?

Build a connector via Model Context Protocol. We provide templates and a validation harness.

Do we have to migrate data?

No. We connect through your existing tools' APIs. Source-of-truth doesn't change.

Can we switch paths later?

Yes. Most customers start Self-Serve and graduate to Guided.

Security and compliance?

JWT auth, row-level security per workspace, encrypted credential storage, policy gates, change records, and replayable output evidence. SOC 2 Type II on the roadmap.

Self-hosted option?

Enterprise customers can. Dedicated instance, SSO, custom RBAC, audit log export.

Not sure which path fits?

Tell us where your teams are trying tools, where vendor AI is entering the business, and which workflows feel outside normal control. We'll come back with a recommended path and a 90-day plan within three business days, or tell you honestly that we're not the right fit.
