We collect the minimum data needed to run the product and manage AI workflows in your workspace. We don't sell data. We don't train models on your data. We don't share data with third parties except the connectors you explicitly authorize.
Product principles
Your data stays yours. Credentials are scoped. Connectors are explicit. Every managed workflow has an owner, support path, change history, and evidence trail.
What we collect
Account data (email, name, role), workspace data (outputs, owners, policies, support paths, and execution records you create), connector data from tools you authorize, and execution telemetry (tokens, time, value tier, artifact metadata).
What we don't collect
We don't store the raw content of customer documents you grant Forge access to beyond the duration of a single workflow run unless you explicitly save it as AI operating memory. We don't store personally identifiable information in execution logs. We don't track you across the marketing site (cookieless analytics).
Data residency
Hosted on Cloudflare Pages and Workers; data flows through Cloudflare's network. Enterprise customers can request a dedicated instance with regional pinning.
